3. Cheque (Subject to clearance) / Demand Draft (Subject to clearance) / Pay Order for acceptance amount is to be made in favour of
BHARATH AUTO VIZAG PRIVATE LIMITED.
4. No receipt is valid unless obtained with our official seal and signature issued from showroom cash counter

7. We recommend Citroën Genuine Accessories for your vehicle, Installation of non-genuine accessories may result in reduced vehicle
performance or possible breakdowns, as well as exclusion from warranty coverage
8. Tax Collection at Source (“TCS”) @ 1% is applicable & payable on sale if the motor vehicle’s Ex-showroom price exceeds Rs. 10,00,000/-.
TCS @ 1% on Ex Show room price will have to be paid extra at the time of booking as per applicable law
9. Cash payment would be accepted only up to Rs.1,90,000.
10. Payments by Credit / Debit cards would attract service charges of 2% on the price of the product purchased
11. Registration of vehicle & issue of the registration certificate is at the sole discretion of Regional Transport Authority and PCA
Automobiles India Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable in any manner in this regard.
12. Booking amount for New Citroën C3 is Rs 25,000/- . Company will not accept for direct cash deposits in to company’s account by
customer.
13.Do not pay cash or digital transfers to any individual other than the cashier or Company account

Note: Customer can claim TCS from Income Tax Department at the time of ITR filing. Applicable TCS certificate for the same shall be issued
by the due date.
